Anglesea, Aires Inlet
established in 1884 and was named Anglesea River and in 1950 it was renamed
Aires Inlet was named after J. Airey who settled the area in 1842.
The Great Ocean Road
closely follows the ocean from Anglesea, through
Aires Inlet to Fairhaven.
Anglesea hosts the world famous Great Ocean Road Golf Course with a mob of 300
grazing on the fairways.

Turn off from Aires Inlet to go to the Angahook Park part of the Great
Otway National Park.
